At 2M Machining LLC, We offer CNC turning servies. Our processes include boring, drilling, internal forming, threading, necking, shoulder facing, cutting counter, form, taper, and straight turning. We are equipped with CNC Lathes, bandsaws, three-jaw chucks, and vertical mills. We make parts that have 0.1875 to 12 in diameter, 0.25 to 26 in length, and up to 500 lbs weight with tolerances as low as +- 0.0005. We provide turned parts like shafts, pulleys, rollers, hubs, and bushings.

Our turning tools and accessories include inserts, drill bits, boring, knurling, threading, finishing, parting, round nose turning, right hand and left hand facing tools. Metals we work with include alloy steel, brass, aluminum, bronze alloys, copper, stainless steel, superalloys, Monel, and Inconel. Our experts can also work with other materials like acetal, acrylic, nylon, phenolic, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyethylene, PTFE, ABS, PVC, PVDF, and composite.

We provide secondary services including assembly, tapping, countersinking, pressing, milling, and reaming. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are as quick as 1 day, and are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
